AX-250 has 250㎡ surface area.AX-250 is γ Alumina and the primary particle size very small(6nm).The primary particles become a secondary particle(about 50nm) by aggolomeration.It is the most suitable for the super fine polishing of the thin film as CMP.

AD-8 has 8㎡ surface area.AD-8 is α Alumina and the purity is very high.It contains few metal element, so you can polish electronic device without contamination. The primary particle size is 0.2μ.The primary particles become a secondary particle by agglomeration .
AD-8 has a high polishing rate compared with AX-10.AD-8 also acailable raw material of single crystal as Sapphire.
