MUTSUMI GC is made from selected Green Silicon Carbide(SiC).It is milled and separated into same particle size, under the strict quality control.The shape of the particle is controlled by the method of the milling.We have three defferent types.

R-type

R-type is milled by Raymond mill(Roller mill).
This particle has a sharp edge.R-type is the most suitable for the Wire cutting processing.We have many actual Wire cutting results of Silicon wafer,Quartz crystal.

J-type

J-type is milled by Jet mill.The particle shape is round.The surface roughness(Ra) is small.J-type is the most suitable for the precision processing.

B-type

B-type is milled by Ball mill.The particle roundness is between R and J.B-type is characteristic of high lapping rate and long life. It is the most suitable for general lapping.
